Shipping & Return Policy
Most items are eligible for return unless otherwise specified in the product details page. Products must be more than 50% full and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
We accept up to three individual items to be returned or exchanged within a 365-day period. After three returns or exchanges, you may make another once 365 days have passed from the date each individual return or exchange was processed. Please note, we do not offer exchanges; customers need to place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
To initiate the return process, please email support@mychicmd.com with the subject line: "Return: [Your Unique Order Number]." In the body of your email, include your reason for return, photographic evidence for any product reactions, damaged or faulty items, and your return address. Due to varying brand requirements, we will address each return matter individually.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned package. Please note that the original shipping charge, if any, is nonrefundable. Return shipping costs may vary by brand and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-returnable items include:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Some health and personal care items
Damaged or Missing Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing, please report the issue within ten (10) business days of the delivery date to be eligible for a return or refund. To report a problem, email us at support@mychicmd.com with the subject line: "Damaged/Missing Item: [Your Unique Order Number]." Please keep the item(s) in the same condition as received for the return process. For missing items, include any relevant details about the issue.
Promotion Code Policy:
You must apply a promo code or product credit code before checking out. By submitting your order, you agree to pay the order total listed on the order summary.
Please note the following guidelines for promo codes:
- Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
- To apply a promo code, you must enter it prior to completing the order. Promotional codes are not valid after the expiration date and cannot be applied to your order retroactively.
- Promo codes cannot be stacked with other codes or product credits.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the total value after any promotions or product credits. To qualify for free shipping, your cart value must reach the free shipping threshold after discounts are applied.
- Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
- Certain products may be excluded from promo codes. Please refer to the specific details of the promo code for information on excluded products.
Esthetician and Employee Return Policy
Please be aware that all purchases made by estheticians and employees using discounts or product credits are considered final sales. These transactions cannot be returned or refunded for store credit once completed. Shipping rates will be calculated based on the total value of your order after applying any promotions or product credits. To qualify for free shipping, your cart value must meet the free shipping threshold after all discounts are applied. Additionally, credits received cannot be redeemed for cash.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications and cancellations can only be made if the products have not yet been shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or deny any return/refund requests at any time based on policy abuse.
