Orders and Account


• What methods of payment do you accept?


We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.

• How do I create a Chic MD account?

Signing up for your Chic MD account is free and easy. Click on the "Account" button on the top right hand site of the home page to get started. 

• I need to change my order, can I do that?

At this time we are unable to offer any changes to an order after it has been submitted. Please contact us at orders@mychicmd.com for assistance.

• How will I know if my order went through?

You will receive an email with the order confirmation details to the email address you provided in your order.

• May I cancel my order?

If the order has not been processed for shipment it may be eligible for cancellation, please contact us at orders@mychicmd.com during business hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) Monday– Friday for assistance.

• I forgot my password, what do I do?

Visit the ‘forgot my password’ button on your sign in page to reset your password.

• Is my personal information kept private?

At Chic MD we take your privacy seriously and we ensure that your personal information is kept safe and at no point will we share it with a third party. 


• When does my credit card get charged?

Chic MD authorizes and charges your credit card at the time the order is submitted.

Shipping & Returns


• Where do you ship?


Chic MD ships to all addresses in the continental United States. There may be additional shipping charges to Hawaii and Alaska. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

• I entered the wrong shipping information; how do I fix that?

Please contact us immediately after order submission at orders@mychicmd.com to change your shipping details. 

• When will my order arrive?

The shipping time frame begins after your order has shipped and left our warehouse. Orders received over the weekend and on major holidays will be processed the following business day.

• How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your order tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please continue to check the tracking link for updates on your shipment. You can also find the tracking number by logging into your MyChicMD account in your past order history.

• What is your return policy?

We accept returns received within 30 days of original purchase on all items unless otherwise noted in the product details page. Items must be more than 50% full and in their original product packaging to receive a refund for your purchase. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable. .

• What is the Chic MD rewards program?


The Chic MD Rewards program is your insider access to exclusive members-only perks and discounts. Learn more about how to start earning rewards here.

• Who can join?

Anyone can join by creating your free Chic MD account and earn bonus points as our welcoming gift to you!

• How do I earn rewards?

You can earn points in multiple ways. Earn points for the purchases you make as a Chic MD Rewards member. Earn additional points for creating your Chic MD account and leaving reviews on products. Learn more about Chic MD Rewards on our rewards page.

• Do my points and rewards expire?

Points can be accumulated over a calendar year and will not roll over into the following year. 

• Are there any restrictions to using my rewards?

Rewards cannot be combined with any other discount codes or other promotions.

Promotions and Discounts


• Why isn’t my promo code working?


Promo codes have specific terms and an expiration date. In addition, there are brand exclusions that do not participate in Chic MD promotional offers and prohibit any discounts in the form of promo codes applied to their products. Be sure to review the expiration date, brand exclusions, or minimum purchase requirements on the promo code you are trying to enter. Still having trouble? Contact us at orders@mychicmd.com.

Concierge Gifts, and Subscriptions

 

• Can I create a custom gift set?


We believe in the art of gifting and our Concierge at Chic MD would love to help you create the perfect gift for your special person. To get started, follow the steps listed on the Concierge page. You can easily find this page by clicking on the Concierge tab located in the main menu. We’ll ask you a few questions to get to know your recipient to ensure we’re choosing the best products for them.

• What is the Concierge service?

Our Concierge service is our way of helping you create a custom gift that is beautifully presented, includes a free gift from us, and is shipped directly to the recipient.

• How is the Concierge gift packaged?

This beautifully packaged gift is carefully curated and tied with ribbon for an elegant finishing touch! 

•  Is there a minimum purchase amount for Concierge gifts?

Yes, the minimum purchase amount for the Concierge gift is $75.

• Can Concierge gifts be returned or exchanged?

We accept returns received within 30 days of original purchase on all items unless otherwise noted on the product details page. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original product packaging to receive a refund for your purchase. The original shipping charge and Concierge fee, is not refundable.
